Today I gathered all my favorite cotton shirts that looked stained and faded for a dye bath and a fresh new look. It's been a while since I've dyed my clothes. Forgot how messy it is but by the end of the day I had a system down. It makes me feel good to renew my favorite clothes and get another season of wear out of them. Today was black liquid rit dye. Not thrilled with the mottled look I got on some of my color-change clothes. I bought a package of concentrated burgundy dye to try on my next batch. Note to self - rubber gloves !

Refresh, recycle, reuse
