JUST WHAT ARE YOU GYPSYS UP TO ???

It's been a while since I've explained who we are
(Gypsy Trader) and what we do.
The best laid plans can change over time
so here's an update of what we've been up to.
Welcome to all.

It's Market Season again, hooray ! My favorite and busiest time of year. Funny, I think I say every season of the year is my favorite. Anyway, we've chosen to stay close to home again this year, with the cost of gasoline and food still at record highs, it just makes sense.

We are currently attending 2 types of markets;

1) allows us to sell ONLY handmade & homegrown
mostly craft shows and farmers markets.
here you will find us selling ;
plants, produce, hats, catnip mice, doggie treats, dried garden herbs and smudge, soaps, driftwood mobiles, dreamcatchers, garden prayer flags, vintage kitchen towels and potholders, garden aprons, tarot bags, market totes, amulet pouches, crystals - whatever we've made for the week ....
2) allows us to sell whatever we want
flea markets, road sides, swap meets.
here you will find;
books, magazines, candles, incense, hippie clothes, tshirts, totes, imports, yard sale oddities and curios - plus any and all of the above - almost everything is at close-out prices cuz alot of it's leftover store stock.

Gypsy Trader has a Facebook site ( look in the left sidebar ). I post all events we'll be attending on FB so you know where to find us. Don't be shy about asking questions or just saying hi.

For those of you seeking top quality herbal supplies
( look in the right sidebar ) and see the button for mountainrose herbs. If you come to this blog and click on the button to shop for teas, herbs, clays, oils, tinctures, spices, etc , we get a small percentage from your purchase for sending you there and it's much appreciated.

For Books there's a Powell's Books button, an amazingly huge bookstore in Portland, Or. If you're ever in the neighborhood you must pay them a visit or shop online  through our blog and we get a tiny commission.

For everything else gypsy and the like, we have an Amazon button (right sidebar) and again, we get a tiny commission for referring you each time you click the button from our blog to make your purchase.
seriously, you can get anything and everything for your everyday gypsy lifestyle ... music, movies, books, electronics, apparel, camping gear, belly dance stuff - if you're looking for something special  and having a hard time finding it I will be honored to help.

I've also added a donate button (right sidebar) that I call the "Energy Exchange" button. As a service to my community I offer herbal counseling and teaching, shamanic readings, energy clearings, etc. The donate button is an annonymous way for recievers to honor and support the work I do.

The bus is getting a new woodsy parking place and more interior work done. I'm also planning to add a veggie oil heater to keep the chill at bay and large awnings to add rain-free workspace. yes, I'll post pictures.

So, as you can see we are quite busy being creative and adding markets to the selling season. This season is the time we make our living to last us through the year and the time everyone comes out of their houses to join in the outdoor festivities and reconnect with friends and family. I love to hear your questions and comments so keep them coming.

May you always have walls for the winds,
a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire,
laughter to cheer you, those you love near you,
and all your heart might desire.
