Days of tree pruning, there's easily three years of untamed growth on this little acre of heaven. We'll be at it all month and with mercury retrograde I suppose that's all we can/should do. Picked the first apples off the tree. I'm noticing pears, walnuts, filberts and an abundance of apples in the neighboring yards just going to waste, hmmmm, anyone up for a midnight urban forage party ? promise, we'll take notes and leave homemade goodies on the doorsteps of those who donated .....Fun events for this weekend - Kelso Highlander Festival & Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival along with the usual markets in Portland, Astoria and Longview and all points in between.
